Customer's situation and demand: It needs to produce 100 tons of tilapia, and each finished fish is about 1KG. There is a river near the farm, which is currently an empty site.

ZHRAS engineers design according to customer requirements, the growth cycle of tilapia can be farmed for about two cycles a year, that is, a cycle of 100 tons of production, a year can reach 200 tons.

Through ZHRAS calculation, the scheme is designed into two sets of systems, each set of system is equipped with 14 aquaculture ponds, the specifications of each aquaculture pond: Φ8000x1450mm. Considering the transportation problem, this time ZHRAS company used galvanized sheet with canvas pool.

This system adopts the ZHRAS process, as follows:

System process description: Circulating aquaculture tilapia, breeding density requirements of up to 40-60 kg/m3, the relative breeding density is relatively high. Excrement and erbium residues are relatively more, and these are the main causes of water quality deterioration, which needs to be treated and discharged in the first time, so each aquaculture tank is equipped with a separate vertical flow filter to discharge large particles of dirt in the first time, and the second filtration treatment of fish feces and erbium residues through the micro-filter can remove most of the solid suspended matter. The water is pumped by submersible pump to the degassing equipment to remove carbon dioxide from the water to stabilize the PH in the water, and then enters the biological system for bacteria cultivation, decomposition of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite. The water in the biological system is sterilized and then self-flow back to the breeding tank. Because the breeding density is relatively high, it is necessary to oxygenate the breeding tank directly to reduce waste and improve the oxygen utilization rate. The system has the advantages of low operating cost (using ZHRAS company's design advantages to reduce motor power and reduce energy consumption), low maintenance cost (less maintenance), easy to move and less floor space. Because tilapia is a tropical species, Nigeria's climate is more suitable, so this time there is no thermostat system.

The customer's request is that we provide a full set of manufacturing, civil construction by the customer to complete. This scheme is divided into two sets of systems, each system has 14 aquaculture ponds, and the equipment configured is: protein separator, ozone machine, pure oxygen system, micro-filter, biological life support system, degassing equipment, Roots fan, ZHRAS intelligent control cabinet (support remote control), circulating water pump, pipeline valve as a whole.
