The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (XUAR), referred to as Xinjiang and Xin for short, is located in the northwestern frontier of China and covers an area of 1.66 million square kilometers, accounting for one-sixth of China's total land area, making it one of the five or six ethnic minority autonomous regions in China. It is the largest provincial administrative region in terms of land area. Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Asian and European continents, the land border of more than 5,600 kilometers, the surrounding and Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Mongolia, India, Afghanistan, eight countries border, in the history of the ancient Silk Road is an important corridor, and is now the second "Asia-Europe Continental Bridge" must be passed through the place, the strategic location is very important. The strategic location is very important.

Climatic conditions in Xinjiang have an important impact on aquaculture. First of all, Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Asian and European continents, with a unique climate of cold and dry winters, hot and dry summers, and a large temperature difference between day and night, as well as sufficient sunshine, low annual precipitation and a dry climate. This climatic characteristics of aquaculture species selection and aquaculture environment control put forward high requirements.
In addition, the abundant natural water resources in Xinjiang provide a superior growing environment for aquaculture. Relatively low temperature and low humidity are conducive to the control of water temperature, water quality and oxygen content in the water to improve the aquaculture efficiency.

However, at the same time, the arid climate in Xinjiang may also lead to problems such as high evaporation and alkalization of water bodies, thus requiring appropriate measures to regulate the aquatic environment.
Overall, the climatic conditions in Xinjiang provide a challenging growing environment for aquaculture. During the aquaculture process, attention needs to be paid to basic aquaculture management such as controlling water quality, maintaining water temperature, regulating water pH and regular water changes. At the same time, pests and diseases also need to be controlled.
The four sets of recirculating water aquaculture systems ordered by the Xinjiang customer will be distributed in two different workshops, with two systems installed in each workshop. The dimensions of each workshop are 15 meters long x 56 meters wide. This layout helps to better manage water resources and improve farming efficiency. In each workshop, facilities such as inlets and outlets, filtration equipment, oxygenation equipment and culture tanks can be installed as needed to ensure a stable culture environment and water quality.

In addition, considering the climatic characteristics of Xinjiang, the design of the workshop should give full consideration to ventilation and heat preservation performance to ensure the normal operation and benefits of the breeding system. At the same time, reasonable layout and design also help to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs and improve the economic efficiency of the whole breeding system.
In conclusion, rational planning of the layout of the workshop and the configuration of the aquaculture system according to the customer's needs and the actual situation of the site will help to realize the development of efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable aquaculture industry.

Since the beginning, our company has been committed to providing the best quality services and products to our customers. This is especially true for this cooperative project with a customer in Xinjiang.
Considering that the customer mainly wants to use these four systems to farm freshwater fish, we have optimized the design and functions of the systems in a targeted manner.
During the course of the cooperation, we traveled to Xinjiang several times to communicate face-to-face with the customer to ensure that both sides were on the same page in terms of needs and expectations. Through site visits, we gained an in-depth understanding of the local water quality, climatic conditions, and the customer's specific aquaculture needs.
After returning to the company, we quickly organized a professional team to put into the design, production and quality inspection of the product. We selected high-quality materials and optimized the system configuration to ensure that these four sets of recirculating water aquaculture systems can meet the customer's needs and provide the best growing environment for freshwater fish farming.
On September 18, 2023, the four systems were successfully completed and shipped to Xinjiang. After the customer received the goods, our professional staff also arrived immediately and began to guide the installation and commissioning of the system.

Recirculating water aquaculture system is a new type of aquaculture mode, through a series of water treatment units will be produced in the aquaculture pool of wastewater treatment and then recycled back to use. This kind of system combines advanced technologies from many disciplines such as environmental engineering, civil engineering, modern biology, intelligent control, etc., to realize fully automatic intelligent control to provide favorable conditions for high-density breeding. It aims to provide a new model of safe, healthy and efficient aquaculture.
The principle of circulating water aquaculture system is mainly to remove harmful pollutants such as residual bait, feces, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and other harmful pollutants in the aquaculture water, and re-input the purified water into the aquaculture tank through physical filtration, biological filtration, CO2 removal, disinfection, oxygenation, temperature regulation and other treatment processes. This not only solves the problem of low water utilization, but also provides a better living environment for breeding organisms.
A recirculating water aquaculture system consists of several components, such as aquaculture tanks, physical filtration devices, biological filtration devices, carbon dioxide strippers, sterilization and disinfection equipment, oxygenation and pure oxygen boosting equipment, temperature control systems, and monitoring systems. These devices work in concert to ensure stable water quality and healthy growth of cultured organisms.
Compared with traditional farming methods, the recycled water farming model can significantly save water resources, with only about 5% to 10% of new water added and more than 90% of the water recycled. In addition, the model also reduces the consumption of electricity and lowers operating costs.
During the months of installation and commissioning, we maintained close communication and collaboration with the customer to solve the problems and challenges encountered. Finally, in December 2023, all installation and commissioning work was completed through the tireless efforts of the installers.
This successful cooperation with the customer in Xinjiang not only deepens our understanding of recirculating water aquaculture system, but also provides new ideas and directions for the development of freshwater fish farming industry. In the future, we will continue to provide customers with more advanced and efficient system solutions to help the sustainable development of aquaculture.
