Nowadays, traditional aquaculture methods are becoming more and more difficult, especially for inexperienced friends, so an entry-level small standard factory recirculating water aquaculture system has been specially designed and produced for those who are just starting out with factory recirculating water aquaculture systems.

This time, it is an Indonesian customer who is an iron plate factory, he himself has many years of experience in building materials factories, due to the market is getting more and more depressed, thus he is ready to try aquaculture. At present, the customer said: Indonesian people like to eat freshwater fish, the sales have been in short supply, and the quality is not guaranteed, after a variety of understanding and investigation, decided to invest in building their own farms. Because he has no experience in aquaculture, he traveled a long way to our factory and equipment for inspection.

The customer also introduced, "The new model of factory farming is bound to be the development trend, more freshwater fish has a larger market in Indonesia, which allows more people to eat more fresh fish. This farming mode can give full play to the advantages of low energy consumption and high output of aquaculture density and water and temperature control to maximize the benefits." Of course, Indonesian customers also want to establish good indoor aquaculture conditions, expand market channels, and utilize the new factory farming to create their own aquaculture products.

In the customer's opinion, it is very important to increase the density of fish farming. After the understanding of the business department, the customer thinks that the best way to improve the success rate of aquaculture is the way of factory farming. And through the new mode of aquaculture, in fact, can ensure the change of water quality and control the density of fish farming, so that the growing environment of freshwater fish is greatly improved. After a long period of understanding, Indonesian customers told us that the new culture mode should start with medium-low density culture first, and then slowly increase the culture density with the accumulation of experience and the improvement of culture technology.

This system has 20 breeding pools, divided into four rows of placement, each row of 5 breeding pools, breeding pool specifications for: Ф2200 × 1500, conical bottom with a one-piece base, the water body of each breeding pool is about 4 cubic meters, the design of each pool of breeding volume of about 800, 5 months to reach the specifications of the fish. Hourly running power is about 7KW.

After the signing of the contract, we quickly started the production. After a month of production, a set of factory standard system was successfully shipped to Indonesia, and our technicians then traveled to Indonesia to assist in the installation. After the arrival of the equipment, we entered the installation and testing process.

During the installation process, we reflect the problems one by one to the customer and put forward the solution.
    At the time of testing, the technician tested all the equipment one by one, first applying the electric control box: automatic, manual and stop, with automatic or manual open system equipment into the test.

System testing process

As the saying goes, fish first raise water, in the system installation and commissioning is completed, the water conditioning stage, the customer released seedlings in batches, the first release of 3,000, the second release of 5,000, the third release of 8,000, a total of about 16,000 seedlings, the three casting were completed in a month. It has been more than two months since the first batch of seedlings was put in, and the survival rate returned by the customer is about 92%. The mortality rate of the first batch of seedlings is higher, but the mortality rate of the next two batches is very low. The daily feeding quantity is controlled between 2%-3.3%, the feed coefficient is about 1:1.1. During the period, there was a power failure in the workshop, but fortunately, the control box is equipped with a blackout alarm function, which can be detected and dealt with in time to avoid losses.

Another highlight of this new system is that the system is divided into two circuits, a main and a pair of work, complement each other, but do not affect each other, and better to avoid the failure of any one of the equipment affecting the operation of the system, which is the latest design, but also allows the user to have an additional layer of protection. This ZH-RAS20 water recirculation system is a standard entry-level recirculating water farming system, a low-threshold recirculation system designed and manufactured for novices.
