System process flow: The typical process and equipment of the factory circulating water aquaculture system is based on physical filtration combined with biological filtration, which deeply purifies the aquaculture water body, and integrates an automatic water quality monitoring system to monitor and control the quality of the aquaculture water body in real time and can be traced . The system has the advantages of complete process technology, good water treatment effect, stable water quality, comfortable production operation, simple equipment maintenance, low operating cost, and low system investment.
This is a simple and effective process technology route: the effluent from the fish pond flows into the microfilter pond to remove residual bait and fish manure and other solid suspended matter with a particle diameter greater than 60 microns, which is lifted by a water pump into the biological filter, and on the one hand, small particles are intercepted. Suspended matter, on the other hand, degrades the ammonia nitrogen in the water body, and the purified water flows back to the fish pond by itself.
